All sales on digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any downloadable products once the purchase has been completed and the download link has been provided.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download (such as a corrupted file or incorrect file delivered), please contact us and we will respond within 1–2 business days. In the event of a verified technical issue, we will provide a replacement file or store credit at our discretion.
